This initiative will pair experienced senior members with young residents and fellows, creating a structured framework for guidance and career development.
The program aims to facilitate knowledge transfer, provide career advice, and help young professionals navigate the challenges of their early careers. Mentees will benefit from personalized support, while mentors will have the opportunity to give back to the community and shape the future of our specialty.
